Welcome to Peppermint & Pine. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Peppermint & Pine.
Peppermint & Pine is an exclusively online Christmas store. We operate our website through Shopify, which provides the platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.
By accessing or using our website, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
SECTION 1 — WEBSITE ACCESS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You may browse and use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
When placing an order or using certain features of our website, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number and payment details.

You may choose to create a customer account with Peppermint & Pine. Creating an account is optional and is not required to place an order.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.
You must not use another person's account or provide false or misleading information when creating or using an account.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We take care to ensure that the product descriptions, photographs and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as reasonably possible.
Please note that colours, finishes, textures and the appearance of products may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen. This can be due to lighting, photography, screen settings or differences between individual products.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated.
We may update product descriptions, images, specifications, availability or other product information from time to time.
Some products may be available only for a limited time or in limited quantities. Product availability is subject to change.
Where a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you where appropriate to discuss the available options, which may include a suitable alternative or a refund for the unavailable product.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
- we are unable to fulfil the order;
- we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method, where reasonably possible.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders and will be clearly identified as such on the product listing.
Pre-order products will be dispatched once they become available. Estimated availability dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier, production or shipping delays outside our control.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order will be shipped together once all products are available.
If you would prefer to receive in-stock products sooner, please place separate orders.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@peppermintandpine.com.au.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes or accept a cancellation.
Any approved cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout based on your delivery postcode and order size.
We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions and discounts at any time. However, the price displayed at the time you place your order will generally apply to that order.
If we discover an obvious pricing or product information error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the situation. Where an order needs to be cancelled due to an obvious error, any payment already made for the affected item will be refunded.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process your order and payment.
Promotions
Any promotional offers, discounts or special pricing may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made clear at the time of the promotion.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship orders Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and order size.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and dispatch. This timeframe does not include delivery time.
Some products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order arrangements and estimated availability dates are explained on the relevant product listing and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.
We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-sent.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Peppermint & Pine website, including our name, logo, branding, text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, website design, layouts and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Peppermint & Pine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Peppermint and Pine is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Peppermint and Pine. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Peppermint and Pine, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Peppermint and Pine.
