PRE-ORDER — STOCK ARRIVING SOON

Some of our seasonal and limited-stock products are available to pre-order before they arrive.

When you see the PRE-ORDER label, it means the product is currently on its way to us and you can secure yours before our incoming stock sells out.

How Pre-Ordering Works

1. Choose your product
Look for the PRE-ORDER badge when browsing our collections.

2. Place your order
Select the quantity you require and click PRE-ORDER to secure your items.

3. We receive the stock
Your order is reserved against our incoming stock.

4. Your order is ready
Once the stock arrives, we'll prepare your order for delivery according to your selected delivery arrangements.

Important Information

• Pre-order quantities are limited to the stock we have arriving.
• Once our incoming allocation has sold out, the product will no longer be available to pre-order.
• Pre-order does not mean unlimited availability. Your order is secured against our confirmed incoming stock.
• Estimated arrival times may vary slightly due to supplier and freight delays.
• If there is an unexpected delay or change to availability, we'll contact you.

You'll see PRE-ORDER on the product image and product page whenever an item is available to reserve before stock arrives.
