At Peppermint & Pine, we’re committed to getting your Christmas treasures to you safely and efficiently across Australia. Here’s an overview of our shipping options:

📦 Standard & Express Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Available Australia-wide, with rates calculated according to the weight of your order.
• Express Shipping: Available on eligible orders, with rates calculated according to the weight of your order.
• Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

🎄 Large, Heavy & Bulky Items

Some of our larger, heavier or bulky products require specialised delivery and cannot be shipped using our standard Australia Post rates.

• These products are shown at checkout as Shipping – To Be Advised.
• A $1 temporary shipping charge is collected at checkout.
• We will then obtain the most suitable shipping rate for your order and delivery address.
• A separate invoice for the actual shipping cost will be sent to you after your order is placed.
• Your order will not be dispatched until the shipping invoice has been paid.
• The $1 amount paid at checkout will be deducted from the final shipping cost.

🚚 Our Delivery Partners

We use trusted delivery partners including Australia Post and Aramex to deliver orders throughout Australia.

For larger and bulky items, we will select the most suitable and cost-effective delivery option based on the size, weight and destination of your order. While you may have a preferred carrier, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery partner.

Shipping costs are subject to change and may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. Delivery timeframes for large or bulky items may also differ from our standard delivery timeframes.
